How do I sign up for paperless statements?

To go paperless and avoid a $3 fee per paper statement:

1. Log in to your online account at my.careguard.com. If you don't have an account for the CareGuard online portal yet, you will need to register.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Details. 
3. Navigate to Account Details. 
4. Choose your statement delivery preference: 
5. Check "Yes" to receive statement reminders via email and text messages. 
6. Check "No" to receive paper statements by mail each month.
