How do I sign up for paperless statements?
To go paperless and avoid a $3 fee per paper statement:
- Log in to your online account at my.careguard.com. If you don't have an account for the CareGuard online portal yet, you will need to register.
- On the left side of the screen, click Details.
- Navigate to Account Details.
- Choose your statement delivery preference:
- Check "Yes" to receive statement reminders via email and text messages.
- Check "No" to receive paper statements by mail each month.
