The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently announced that they will host a webinar on October 17, 2024, covering Certain Civil Money Penalties for Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs). This includes Mandatory Reporting for Workers’ Compensation, Liability Insurance, and No-Fault Insurance.
