San Diego, Calif. (October 5, 2018) —Marques Torbert, the CEO of Ametros, will discuss millennials and workers’ compensation at The Comp Laude Awards & Gala, coming up October 9-11. Torbert is a bit of an expert on the topic being a millennial himself.

Torbert will present during the People’s Choice portion of Comp Laude on Wednesday, October 10 starting at 10 a.m. In addition to highlighting the generation’s strengths, he will suggest ways to work with millennials. He will also highlight how the millennial generational shift will impact the industry as the landscape for injured workers and the workforce servicing them begins to reflect that generation.
Millennials want to feel like their work really matters, according to Torbert. “Helping injured workers through a tumultuous time in their lives gives them a sense of purpose,” he said.
