As Ametros had reported on last month, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) plans to allow for electronic submission of Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set Aside (WCMSA) attestations. In anticipation of this, on October 4, 2019, CMS issued a notice announcing two upcoming webinars to highlight the new enhancements:
- The first webinar will be held on October 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern, and will be for injured parties and their representatives; and
- The second will be held on November 6, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern, and will be directed towards Professional Administrators.
