Ametros' Senior Managing Director, Paul Sighinolfi, is set to speak on a panel at the upcoming 2019 CLM Workers' Compensation Conference. The panel will discuss the management of catastrophic claims, best practices, and the decisions that make the greatest impact on the injured worker. The panel will also dive into alternatives to the traditional CMS-approved Medicare set aside, conditional payments, and administration of future medical funds, social security disability offsets, and special needs trusts.
Paul will be joined by Amy E. Bilton of Nyhan, Bambrick, Kinzie & Lowry, P.C., Beth Hostetler of Alberston's LLC, Denise Segovia of Acuity Insurance, and Kathleen Wyeth of AF Group. The panel is scheduled for May 22nd at 2:30PM and is titled, "Initial Intake to Final Settlement - A Blue Print for Your Workers' Compensation Catastrophic Claim."
