Our Vice President of People Operations, Amanda Gilbert, was thrilled to learn that we made the list again this year. She shares, "Over the past year, I have seen the Ametros family grow exponentially, expanding our employee headcount by 52% as well as increasing our employees professional career development by issuing 12 new promotions. As we continue to achieve growth this coming year, our focus will be dedicated to not only staying true to our core values and fostering a culture that our employees love, but to also providing innovation and an overall great experience for our clients and our members.”
