She is passionate about creating content and resources to support injured parties after they settle their case, with a heavy focus on digital marketing. She is on the Board of Directors for the Boston Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.
Melissa graduated from Simmons College with a B.S./B.A. in Marketing. While in college, Melissa interned at several organizations, Arnold Worldwide, the Boston Bruins, and Harvard Medical School.
