Opening an Account
A Webster Bank representative will call the injured worker directly to confirm all required account information. Disclosures and Agreement are sent to the injured worker via DocuSign and can be completed prior to a settlement.
Account Setup
Once the account is open, you will have immediate access to enroll in online banking. Your account will need to be funded within 30 days. Debit Cards typically arrive within 5-7 business days after account is opened.
Your Settlement
Coordinate with your attorney to provide your account information to have your funds directly deposited to your account. ACH transfers are typically available within 1-3 business days though processing times may vary for new accounts. Wires are available same-day or next-day.
