Stacey has been in the Workers Compensation industry for 20 years working on the benefits administrator side. 7 of those years spent working on site with her client working with the CEO, risk manager and San Francisco safety team to mitigate workers compensation costs by closing the gap of communication between injured workers and the employer resulting in a 1 million dollar savings in the first 2 years. Stacey is skilled in evaluating and settling a wide range of workers compensation claims with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution. She is adept at analyzing complex claims, negotiating settlements, and resolving disputes, consistently achieving positive outcomes and reducing company liabilities. She has acted as a mentor to new claims adjusters teaching the importance of compassion and communication in the claims process. She holds certifications as follows WCCA, WCCP, SIP.
Stacey currently resides in California where she enjoys hiking with her labradoodle, Sadie, and exploring national parks with a goal to see them all.
