Jacob Sipko

Jacob brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience to Ametros, along with deep expertise in the workers’ compensation, insurance, and healthcare industries. As Vice President of Field Sales, he leads Ametros’ field sales organization and is responsible for driving growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and executing sales strategies across key markets.

Prior to joining Ametros, Jacob spent more than two decades with Genex Services, where he held multiple leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales for the Southwest Region, he led regional strategy and consistently delivered strong revenue growth while strengthening relationships across payer and TPA organizations.

Jacob resides in Texas with his wife and three children and enjoys supporting their activities and spending time with his family.
