Diane Kiladis

Diane is the Vice President of People Operations at Ametros. With her experience of over 25 years in Human Resources within technology and startup environments, Diane is responsible for driving the strategic direction for Ametros’ talent acquisition. Her duties encompass career development and leadership, diversity and inclusion measures, as well as cultivating organizational culture. Additionally, she oversees compensation and benefits, HR technology and operations, as well as employee relations. Her extensive background in people operations as a value-driven leader, key advisor to the executive team, and employee-first advocate helps to create a deeply engaged, employee-first company culture.

Prior to Ametros, Diane had a successful career with Gradiant Corporation as the Director of HR. Diane also owned her own HR consulting business for 16 years supporting start up and mid stage companies.
