Andrea Mills serves as an Executive Managing Director of Webster Bank (NYSE: WBS) and President of Ametros. A key member of the executive leadership team since 2018, she previously held the role of Chief Client Officer at Ametros. In her current position as President, Andrea is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s operations and continues to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes for individuals following insurance settlements.
With over a decade of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, Andrea began her career in marketing at a case management firm before moving into sales with a leading provider of ancillary services in the space. She brings a strong background in product performance, from development through delivery and sales enablement.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts from Catawba College. She lives in Florida with her family, enjoys beach outings, and is a fan of barre fitness classes.
