Amanda is a dynamic and results-driven Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience in retail banking, insurance, and wealth management. As the former Vice President of Business Operations at Verisk Analytics (Casualty Solutions), Amanda oversaw Business Operations, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.

Amanda specializes in project and program management, change management, leadership development, and process optimization. She has successfully implemented Lean Six Sigma initiatives, refined sales and operational processes, and executed multi-year strategic planning efforts in collaboration with executive leadership. Her expertise extends to developing leadership training programs, sales operations & enablement strategies, and operational efficiencies that enhance business performance. She is passionate about mentoring future leaders, optimizing business operations, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Merrimack College and a Certificate in Project Management from Harvard University Extension School, with a concentration in Agile Project and Program Management.
