The product that Ametros offered was more than just sensible. It was a necessary element. We deal with a lot of cases that involve complex medical. And when it's a complicated case and it's a condition that an individual is going to require lifetime care, you need to have some type of avenue for that care to be managed. The last thing that you want six months, a year, two years after you've closed this case, is to receive a call from your former client explaining that they have a problem. A problem with a medical bill, a problem with the reconciliation with CMS, with respect to their ongoing entitlement to Medicare benefits. What Ametros does is it prevents getting that uh-oh type phone call. This is a benefit. This is a tool. This is an asset for all parties involved because if there is a lack of compliance, they look to the insurance carrier first. And so if we are settling these cases and if we have Ametros involved from the get-go, this serves as a protective mechanism for the insurance carrier so that they can also close their file and have every reason to believe that a very well-respected professional organization is going to be taking over the administrative process so that there aren't wheels wobbling on either side. Ametros is an incredibly valuable tool anytime the parties are getting together to resolve complex cases. What it does is it allows for the settlement portion of the case to be streamlined and to remove the pressure from the injured party so that they can continue to focus on their ongoing health and rehabilitative process and ultimately enjoy the fact that they're no longer tethered to the workers comp system.
