Yari Ortiz

Yari collaborates with injured workers, attorneys, adjusters, MSA vendors and TPA’s, assisting all parties in reaching settlement while educating them of the necessity and importance of professional administration. Prior to this role, Yari was a Sr. Onboarding Specialist at Ametros.

Yari has previously worked in customer service and account management roles in the healthcare world of fertility and diabetes which made her a knowledge expert on insurances and how they work. Her empathetic nature makes her a relatable and approachable educator to our Spanish speaking future members as she is bilingual. She is especially passionate about ensuring our members are supported, educated, and well cared for as they exit the Worker’s Compensation system and begin the next chapter of post settlement life at Ametros.

Yari was born and raised North of Boston but currently lives in New Hampshire. She enjoys traveling the world with her husband and daughter. During her leisure time she enjoys hiking, reading, exploring the NH, and surrounding areas in the search of great restaurants with amazing water views!
