Nicole Chappelle

At Ametros, Nicole is responsible for helping clients leverage professional administration as part of their claims closure strategies. Nicole is a seasoned executive with a track record of achieving exceptional results with client satisfaction and retention. Nicole comes to Ametros with a diverse background and more than 27 years of experience in workers’ compensation claims management, ranging from Claims Examiner, Claims Supervisor, Hearing Representative, Litigation Manager and Corporate Oversight Manager. She has technical claims experience handling catastrophic claims and an advanced knowledge of workers’ compensation laws.

Prior to Ametros, Nicole was responsible for claims quality at AmTrust Financial Services Inc., leading key projects for the Claims Department establishing best practices in claims management, litigation management, and vendor management. Nicole also has expertise in personnel training, development, and facilitating organizational change in workers’ compensation claims departments.

Nicole graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, CA, where she earned her BA in Religious Studies.
