Mark Bainer
Mark Bainer brings over two decades of sales leadership and expertise to Ametros, where he joins us as a Business Development Manager. Mark’s role focuses on developing new and sustaining valuable relationships within the workers’ compensation industry and educating clients about the value of professional administration post-settlement. With exceptional management, communication, and negotiation skills, Mark cultivates strategic partnerships and navigates complex sales processes.
Prior to Ametros, Mark’s career highlights include his tenure as a Senior Regional Sales Executive at Optum/United Health, where he consistently exceeded sales targets and was recognized as a top U.S. Regional Sales Executive. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in expanding local and national sales of ancillary and pharmacy services, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Additionally, Mark worked as a Clinical Liaison and AVP at Cypress Care/Healthcare Solutions where he significantly increased business related to catastrophic cases using his ability to develop new business via fostering new client relationships and providing education.
Mark’s dedication to excellence extends beyond his sales roles, demonstrated by his successful tenure as Director and Chiropractic Physician at Bainer Chiropractic Inc. There, he provided comprehensive chiropractic patient care, served as a QME/AME physician, and managed all aspects of the practice, including marketing, and finance.
Mark holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from Southern California University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University.
