Ashley brings 13 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry, with a strong background in operational leadership. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering meaningful results. Her leadership style is grounded in honesty, empathy, and compassion, with a strong commitment to helping others grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her Goldendoodle, Dolly, and being an aunt to three nephews and one niece, with another niece on the way. She also enjoys reading, traveling, tackling challenging puzzles, and watching documentaries.
