Allison Pribble joins Ametros as a dedicated Business Development Manager, bringing 16 years of sales and customer service expertise to the team. At Ametros, Allison plays a pivotal role in developing valuable relationships within the workers’ compensation industry and educating about the value of professional administration post-settlement.

Prior to joining Ametros, Allison held various leadership roles, including Director of Sales at Uberoom and Physician Services Regional Director of Business Development at One Call Care Management. Allison has demonstrated a keen ability to analyze trends, develop effective execution plans, and capitalize on opportunities to achieve results. As Director of Sales at Uberoom in San Diego, she spearheaded the development and execution of strategic plans in key markets.

While at OneCall, she successfully implemented and sold new products and services to physicians, driving a substantial $5 million revenue growth over five years. Allison's ability to manage a complex 13-state territory while strategically targeting prospects and navigating diverse workers’ compensation laws underscores her exceptional industry expertise.

With a track record of expanding product lines, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, Allison will support Ametros in educating the insurance industry.

Allison resides in San Diego and in her spare time enjoys surfing, attending reformer pilates and yoga classes, and backpacking in the mountains.
