We caught up with Theo to hear about his experience and love for Ametros! Theo resides in Brooklyn, New York and has been with Ametros for a year and a half.
Theo is the Tri-State Regional Sales Manager at Ametros. He focuses on identifying gaps within the managed care and funds management space, while partnering with clients to strategize and create customized platforms specific to the needs of the ever-changing landscape of managed care, professional administration and funds management.
Theo obtained his B.A. from Rutgers University, and has an extensive background in the managed care, pharmacy benefits management and health cost containment solutions space. He is actively involved in his community, and is associated with Kid's Chance of New Jersey as well as several other chapters on a national level.
HOW HAS AMETROS CHANGED OR CHALLENGED YOU?
“Ametros opened my eyes to a completely different side of the industry. It changed my perspective on how we approach workers’ compensation and liability claims.”

“Every day and every person holds a lesson. If you want to create a solution you need to learn about the problem.”
CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE TYPICAL DAY IN YOUR LIFE?
"A majority of my work is done in the field. Whether it is mediations, trainings or conferences . My goal is to educate and assist our clients from all sides of the industry. My travel takes me up as far north as the NY/Canada border and back down to the DMV area.
I am based out of Brooklyn, NY. Outside of work, I love to walk my golden retriever, Tully in Prospect Park. I enjoy live music, food(dining and cooking), reading and finding creative ways to stay in shape."

“The people of course. But at Ametros we really are providing a service that benefits all parties involved. It always feels good when you’re doing the ‘right thing’.”
