Ametros’ 2018 Company Growth & Milestones

It’s no secret that Ametros has grown tremendously in the past year. To wrap up 2018, we wanted to share some of Ametros’ growth & milestones throughout the year. One of the largest changes this year was moving our headquarters location to fit all of the new faces! The new office is more than double the space of the old office, and we have slowly been making it feel more and more like home.

We’ve added our words we work by- collaborative, agile, passionate, innovative, and committed- to the wall when everyone walks in to give our team a daily reminder of why we’re here to help others.

We’ve added huddle spaces where employees can bounce new ideas off one another and connect on ongoing projects. The vision to create an environment where we can truly be a family is one of our greatest priorities, and we’re happy to see it all come together with our team.

We’re also proud to announce that every single team has gained new talent, from Marketing to Finance, Sales to Client Engagement, and everything in between. Looking back at 2014, and only having 10 employees, it’s been a joyful ride growing the company to over 100 teammates!

Our Talent Solutions Manager, Anthony, had a lot to say about our company’s future growth. “I’m excited about the explosive growth we are going to have in 2019. The key roles that will create experiences for members on both our platform and across our teams.” We don’t just focus on servicing our members, and we don’t just care about our company. We do both, and that’s with the help of our dedicated team.

While we have opened up dozens of new positions this year, we are also incredibly focused on internal growth and development. We hire talent we know will thrive in this environment, and we recognize their accomplishment over time. That’s why there has been 12 promotions to our management team within the past year,  4 of those being director level positions.

We also rebranded our People Operations team, adding a vital team member to the mix, Amanda, Vice President of People Operations. Her talent and experience will help shape the way we hire and the way we keep our employees happy. We asked Amanda her thoughts on joining the team. "I'm excited to continue the expansion of Ametros and contribute to our company's success. Our main focuses are investing in our people while attracting and retaining top talent."

A Look At 2019 + Beyond

We're expecting to increase our employees by 50% for this year in all areas. Focusing by department, one goal is to increase the Sales team by 78% for a team of 32 business development managers!
